If you have a camera, and a love for beautiful pictures, you might be pretty interested in this weeks feature in Photography basics. I myself purchased a DSLR camera almost a year ago, and I still find myself intimidated by its many functions. I’ve added a bunch of informative resources to The Link Shoppe {photography} so that learning to use a DSLR camera doesn’t feel so overwhelming for us amateurs.
Last week I stumbled upon a website called I {heart} Nap Time. The host of the blog {Jamielyn} has organized some great, easy to read tutorials on the basics of photography and the use of a DSLR camera. She shares examples by comparing pics so it’s super easy to understand the purpose behind the lens. Click on one of the examples below (for understanding Aperture) and you will be directed to her website for the entire series of photography tutorials (basics, ISO setting, shutter speed, etc.).

Go check out the Photography section in The Link Shoppe for more resources. And if you have a great site to add, please feel free to share it with me!
